Welcome Former Youth Exchange Student Lucien Casey

Join us today as we welcome former Youth Exchange student Lucien Casey.  Lucien is a recent graduate of Montpelier High School who traveled to Chile during his high school tenure as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student. With Barre Rotary sponsoring a Youth Exchange Student from Spain this year, this will be a great opportunity to learn about the program from a student who has completed their year abroad!
