District 7850's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative

DG Caroline Earle joined the Barre Rotary Club in November 2014 at the invitation of member Karl A. Rinker.  Caroline served as Club President in 2017-2018, and Assistant District Governor from 2018-2021.  Caroline is a practicing attorney with her own firm located in Montpelier.  DG Caroline believes that Rotary provides an opportunity to transform our communities, our world & ourselves. 

Caroline will share with us the district's DEI initiative.  What does DEI mean?  How can a Club implement its own DEI initiative? j What resources are available to our club for this purpose?  It should be a lively and informative discussion.  Come and support Caroline and learn more about Rotary.
