Governor Scott will speak to us about the program he started called "Wheels For Warmth" and, draw the 3 winning raffle tickets for his model race cars that Thom Lauzon bought at our BARRE ART SPLASH auction and donated back to our club. One half of the raffel proceeds will go to the Wheels For Warmth program and one half will go to our Rotary club.
