Advance Care Planning

Emily McKenna is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at CVHHH.  She is passionate about helping Central Vermonters understand their care options and putting plans in place to suit thier needs.  Teagan Martel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist in private practice in Barre.  She has worked with many in the area with their advance-care planning process.
