Bringing Cival War artifacts back to Vermont

Colby is a 15 year old freshman at U-32.  He is on a quest to raise $27,000 to purchase the dress uniform of Lt Colonel Addison Preston of the First Vermont Cavalry..  Colby is a young military historian, specializing in the American Cival War and is the youngest a member of the Vermont Cival War Hemlocks, an organization of Cival War reinactors.  He is currently helping to teach a middle school military history class at U-32.
