Publicly Funded Primary Care in Vermont - Proposal

Dr. Richter is a practicing family physician and chair of Vermont Health Care for All- an organization advocating for a publicly funded health care system for all Vermonters. The current proposal that Vermont Health Care for All is promoting is one which publicly funded primary care for all Vermonters. It is an inexpensive plan which has a big return on investment in terms of saving money improving quality and improving the population health.  Dr. Richter has spoken previously in nearly every Rotary Club in the state back when Vermont was considering a single payer system.   We anticipate a provocative presentation with lots of food for thought.  Please join us!
