The Rotary Club of Barre collected & sorted all toiletries & new socks today, which have been donated by our Community over the past few months. On Wednesday August 8, 2024, we will package them up into smaller bags & donate 1/2 of the bags to the Good Samaritan Haven & 1/2 to Rainbow Bridge, to assist those who have need. Special shout out to Community National Bank & Aldrich Public Library, who hosted our bins. And to Zonta, an International non-profit, who gave us wonderful donations of women’s products & to another donor who gave us tons of hand soaps & body lotions. From Barre to Barre.

A very successful intergenerational service project was held on August 7th. Members of Barre Rotary, Gamers 4 Good, Lancaster, NH Rotary Club & members of our community corps packaged up over 300 bags of sample sized toiletries & new socks to donate to Good Samaritan Haven & the Rainbow Bridge Community Center.
Many members of the public donated items that will be very handy for our community in need.
Special shout out to the Community National Bank (Barre branch) & the Aldrich Public Library for hosting our collection bins. Good times & great service.
