A outreach meeting was scheduled for Thursday evening.

The Coop is planning to fill 8000 square feet at City Place.  It will include a cafe, have about 30-40 employees, and will operate from 7:00 am to 10 PM.  They hope to offer all types of foods, including ethic choices and prepared foods.

They plan to have consultants work with the startup and operation.
